Customer satisfaction is always our top priority.  We are 100% guarantee the quality of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange or refund within 60 days of your purchase.

**Although we are 100% confidence of the quality of our products and packaging, damages could still happen while products are in transition or delivery. Please inspect and make sure packages in good condition and refuse any damage packages when carrier make the delivery.

We want to make it easy and simple for you to return and exchange as possible. Please simply contact us to request a Return Authorization number and we will arrange for the pickup. For replacement of defective items, we will ship the replacement after receive and inspect the products. For refund, the return items must be in the original manufacturer packaging, with all accessories, kit components, and instruction manuals included. After inspection and make sure the return items are in a good, resellable condition, we will refund 100% of your purchase in the original form of payment less all shipping costs. Please note that both deliver and return shipping charges are not refundable.
